4G LTE Cat 1 tracker with OBD OEM data reading
FMC003 is a small tracker with LTE CAT 1 network coverage including 2G (GSM) fallback compatibility. The main feature of FMC003 is its possibility to read OEM parameters (PIDs) via OBD port. With this device you will be able to read Real Odometer and Real Fuel Level data. More to that, the device comes with supported vehicles and data list, so you do not need to guess what data can be read from a specific vehicle.
It is a perfect tracker for a wide range of use cases - including fleet management of light commercial vehicles, driver log-book, insurance telematics (UBI), car rental & leasing and others. The device supports various BLE 4.0 features including sensors, beacons, firmware and configuration update via Bluetooth which expands its already rich set of features.
OBD systems in vehicles are treasure troves of data, offering a comprehensive look into the health and performance of each vehicle. FMC003 harnesses this potential by reading and interpreting OBD OEM parameters, with a primary focus on real odometer readings and fuel level data. This not only provides accurate information but also opens up avenues for optimizing operational efficiency. Accurate odometer data is instrumental in planning maintenance schedules, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring compliance with service intervals.
The FMC003 Fleet Tracking Device takes a significant stride in this direction with its feature of Future-Proof Network Support, ensuring reliable connectivity through 4G LTE Cat 1 with a seamless fallback to 2G. This ensures that your fleet's tracking and monitoring systems operate seamlessly, providing accurate and up-to-date information on vehicle location, status, and performance. The transition to 4G LTE Cat 1 reflects a commitment to current industry standards for fast and efficient data transmission. In areas where 4G LTE Cat 1 coverage may be limited or unavailable, the device seamlessly transitions to 2G, guaranteeing continuous connectivity. This ensures that your fleet remains connected even in remote or challenging environments, preventing disruptions in tracking and communication.
