In the event of a valid and verifiable issue related to the device installed within the vehicle, a refund for the device cost will be processed within 30 days following verification on a pro rata basis for the period when the device was not working. There will be no refunds related to software service fees.
You expressly understand and agree that multiple third parties are involved in the delivery and use of the Fleeto solution, this includes but is not limited to third party installers, device and sim suppliers. Fleeto shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services for any reason, including violation of these terms, without prior notice.
All content and materials on Fleeto, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Fleeto and are protected by intellectual property laws.
"Fleeto" and the Fleeto logo are trademarks owned by us. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.
Fleeto is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or availability.
In no event shall Fleeto be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
